Cancellations
& No shows
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file. If you no show your appointment, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service booked. I do require a $50 deposit & valid card on file to reserve your appointment.
I understand life happens and there may be things that are beyond our control. Open communication is key!
Running late
I understand that sometimes we can not control traffic, getting kids out of the house on time or your coffee shop taking a bit longer on your order. When we schedule an appointment I make sure to book a 15 minute buffer because I know things happen. If you are running any later than 15 minutes we may need to adjust to a smaller service in order for me to run on time for my other appointments. If you run later than 15 minutes a late fee will be applied to your service total.
Refunds
My ultimate goal is for you to leave happy with your hair or lashes. If the results of your service don't match your expectations, you can visit my Contact page and leave me a detailed message, or message me on Instagram. I will do whatever possible to make sure you are satisfied with your end results, though I do not offer refunds.
Child Safety
For the comfort of all of our guests and enjoyment of your experience, children are only permitted in the salon when receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no children under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are enjoying a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children and cannot assure their safety in a professional, relaxing environment. Thank you for understanding as we ensure the relaxation of you and all guests at the salon.
